The first bedroom has a 140 x 200 cm double bed, a built-in wardrobe and a TV.

The second bedroom has two single beds (90 x 200 cm), a built-in wardrobe and a desk with a computer.

The bathroom features a bathtub, toilet, bidet and a window.

Air conditioning is available in the living room and both bedrooms. Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are provided.

A hairdryer, clothes airer and iron are also available.

All windows are fitted with shutters.

Free street parking is available (there is no private parking space).

The condominium has an outdoor swimming pool, which is not supervised or heated. Use of the swimming pool is subject to the condominium's rules and regulations. SUNCO shall not be held responsible for force majeure events or any circumstances beyond its control that may prevent or restrict use of the swimming pool. No compensation will be provided in such circumstances.
