Outside, you will find a pleasant dining area with a barbecue, a lounge area, a private swimming pool with sun loungers, landscaped green areas and lawns, all with direct views over the Pinhal Golf Course.
On the first floor, you will find the master suite, featuring a dedicated office area with a desk, a private bathroom with a bathtub, and a spacious terrace furnished with outdoor furniture — the perfect spot to enjoy the sunset.
On the ground floor, there is one suite with a double bed and a private bathroom with a shower, two bedrooms with two single beds each, a bathroom with a double shower, and a final bedroom with a bed that can be set up as either a single or a double bed, depending on your needs.
The property also offers private parking for up to 3 cars within the property, as well as free and easily accessible street parking.
Bed linen, bath towels and pool towels are provided.
THE TOURIST TAX WILL BE CHARGED AT CHECK-IN.
A €1,500 SECURITY DEPOSIT PER BOOKING WILL BE REQUIRED BEFORE CHECK-IN AND WILL BE REFUNDED AFTER CHECK-OUT, PROVIDED THERE ARE NO DAMAGES.
